2024 Production Plan (Beer)
We at SRM Beverage are intoxicated to be getting into more collaboration with Tenacity Brewing this year. You'll be able to try the results of our collaboration on tap at Tenacity.
[In case you didn't get the word play on your own: intoxicate /inˈtäksəkāt/ verb; excite or exhilarate (someone), also (of alcoholic drink or a drug) cause (someone) to lose control of their faculties or behavior. And you thought we only used this gimmick in The Book of Beer. Haha.]
24-01 Gonzo (Irish Stout). The first batch came out really well and frankly, we're drinking the daylights out of it so we need to make more.
24-02 Crackers (Vienna lager). We're going to make a Vienna lager that is far more typical of the standard than Barmy is (we've now now recategorized as Oktoberfest). For a little more on what we're thinking, take a look at the descriptions of Barmy and Crackers in the "Book of Beer." Please keep in mind that the Crackers entry won't be in the Book of Beer until we get it on tap and drink it. We have to ensure the authenticity of our beer description, eh!
24-03 Scatty (Pale Ale)
24-04 Kooky (Kentucky Common) Wahnsinnig Irre (Festbier)
24-05 Madcap (Pre-Prohibition Lager) Kooky (Kentucky Common)
24-06 Wahnsinnig Irre (Festbier) Madcap (Pre-Prohibition Lager / Bohemian Pilsener)
24-07 Gonzo (Irish Stout) Unhinged (Kolsch)
24-08 Doolally (Munich Helles) Unhinged (Kolsch)
24-09 Crackers Vienna Lager
24-10 Unhinged Kolsch (Tenacity Brewing Company's 7 BBL system)
24-11 Gonzo (Irish Stout)
2023 Production Plan (Beer)
For those of you keeping score, yes we are posting an (our) annual production plan for the year in August. Some, perhaps even many, may question why. The answer for those who are interested is simply this: we're trying to figure out what to do for the next few months and it is a tad easier for us if we put it in writing. It will also help when we want to review what we've done and when (okay, if) we do any planning or forecasting in the future.
23-01 Festbier. Named this "Irre." A collaboration with Loggers Brewing Company and Tenacity Brewing.
23-02 Bitter. Named this "Buggy." We at SRM Beverage have had a few good ones in the past, so we're making one of our own.
23-03 Doolally (Munich helles).
23-04 Gonzo (Irish Stout). The first batch came out really well and frankly, we're drinking the daylights out of it so we need to make more.
23-05 Crackers (Vienna lager). We're going to make a Vienna lager that is far more typical of the standard than Barmy. For a little more on what we're thinking, take a look at the description of Barmy in the "Book of Beer."

2021 Production Plan (Beer)
21-01 Vienna Lager. Named this one "Barmy." We'll name it once we try it. This will be On the lighter end of the Brewers Association Style Guide.
21-02 21-03 Barmy (Vienna lager). Really like the style, so this will be made as the go-to beer of the house.
21-03 21-02 Sweet Stout. Named this one "Mad Hatter." The recipe is from a dear, departed friend and we'll do our best to do it justice. See more of the story in our Book of Beer (a menu item).
21-04 Strong Bitter. [Tentative name: Screwy]
21-05 21-04 21-06 Barmy (Vienna lager). Yes, again.
Unfortunately, yet not uncommonly, we didn't get as far as we'd planned in 2021

21-07 21-06 21-05 Irish Red Ale. [Tentative name: Unhinged]
